玩这个可以，但要 100% 清楚自己在干什么，尤其是在 NJ，潜在的法律陷阱比其它不禁“攻击武器”的州更多。

“rifle/SBR/carbine” 都属于步枪类，不能乱用在这里。

这是 NJ “攻击武器” 定义里有关手枪的部分，一般的 AR Pistol 至少占了里面三条。

B. a semi-automatic pistol that has an ability to accept a detachable magazine and has at least 2 of the following:

• an ammunition magazine that attaches to the pistol outside of the pistol grip;
• a threaded barrel capable of accepting a barrel extender, flash suppressor, forward handgrip, or silencer;
• a shroud that is attached to, or partially or completely encircles, the barrel and that permits the shooter to hold the firearm with the nontrigger hand without being burned;
• manufactured weight of 50 ounces or more when the pistol is unloaded; and
• a semi-automatic version of an automatic firearm;

另外这个玩意怎么做到在NJ compliant的呢？

因为 NJ “攻击武器” 法律只限制步枪、手枪、霰弹枪，Other Firearm 不属于其中任何一类，所以不受其影响。
但是，一旦改动或处于分解的状态，有可能触犯 NJ 法律。

其实理论上加州也可以这样的。因为加州对攻击武器定义也是手枪步枪霰弹枪

但是我上次去枪店问能不能这么 ...

其实是没人愿意当 Test case ......

那就是说，
第一，Reddit上面有人自组的Non-NFA火器是灰色地带，不能保证完全合法。

想买就买吧。
没有可比性。
