Subject: XXX Police Need Your Help
To the XXX Neighborhood,
A home break-in Occurred 01/06/2014 between 12- and 6pm just outside of your neighborhood. During the break-in, some jewlery was taken from the residence. On 01-08-14, the resident found some of the returned costume Jewelry in a plastic container on the back porch. The container included a note apologizing for the crime and that parents of the suspect were aware of the crime. We are asking that the parents contact us as soon as possible to get this situation sorted out. We are not able to conclude our investigation without all of the pieces of the puzzle. In addition, there are a few more items missing that we would like to recover. If you know who may have participated in this event, please contact Detective XXX right away to get this resolved. Thanks again for working as a true community to look out for one another.
