秋天打elk 和 deer， 谁要分肉？

订好了十月底到老板Montana私人庄园打纯野elk and deer. 到时我让processing shop直接寄给各位。

以十磅为单位， 只收邮寄费 (shipping and handling, probably $3-$5/lb) 。有意和我pm.

FYI: Market elk meat is $20 per lb.
correction: The original post says mule deer. Actually montana big game combo tag is for elk and deer, not mule deer. So it is regular whitetail deer.

I am sure there are plenty. I expect at least 300lb meat for cow and deer. If buck elk, should be even more. I will update once the dates gettig closer.

所谓听说都是胡扯瞎说乱折腾。deer meat is just deer meat. Like beef, actually more tender. Could be gamey if older buck. Largely depends on what it eats.

WOW, so far there are over 25 friends subscribing. I really need to take a big bull and a big buck to share. Pressure pressure. Good news is that actual hunting pressure in the beginning of season actually pushes herds toward the ranch. So early November maybe a better date. Will update as the season gets close.

there is no or very few  wild elk in west texas. or you can farm them in a small ranch. Thats totally different though.
