Great optic, and an amazing price from PSA with fast shipping.
Vortex has the industry's best customer service. Got this to put on an XDM but found the screws were too long for the mount. Contacted Vortex who immediately responded to let me know that Springfield and the Ruger 57 both take a shorter screw. In that same response the agent told me that the screws were on their way to me at no charge. I got a shipping notification later that day from Vortex and the carrier. I had the screws in just a couple of days. They even through in a hat and a cloth decal pack! Great confidence in the product, but if it ever fails, I am even more confident I will be taken care of by Vortex |
