Another option is Hornady LnL AP.  It has some unique features compared to Dillon 650 and cheaper. Reliability seems OK for me, after loading a couple thousands of pistol and rifle rounds.

For me its major disadvantage is that it's hard to use  RT1500 trimmer to trim 300 blk case on Hornady LnL AP.
